Wavelength Capital Management was founded in 2013 as an independent investment management firm. From its inception, the firm’s mission has been consistent — we strive to deliver exceptional value to clients through consistent investment returns while maintaining the highest levels of ethical conduct and professional integrity.

As an SEC–registered1 independent provider of investments, the firm is focused on managing liquid, transparent, and cost–effective investment products designed to preserve assets and produce consistent returns in any economic environment. Andrew Dassori

Andrew co-founded Wavelength in 2013 and serves as the firm’s Chief Investment Officer. In his role, Andrew is responsible for the firm’s investment functions, including research, strategy development, implementation, trading, and portfolio management. He is a member of the firm’s operating committee and serves as chair of the investment committee.

Prior to Wavelength, Andrew was a portfolio manager in the Asset Management Division at Credit Suisse, based in New York. In this role, he managed global macro strategy portfolios and customized mandates with assets under management in excess of $500 million.

Also while at Credit Suisse, Andrew was asked by the firm to move to Kenya to establish their relationship with Equity Bank, one of the fastest growing banks in Africa. While at Equity Bank, he was responsible for a team that built quantitative models to assess default risk for microfinance loans. Later he built the bank’s first technical and fundamentally-based trading and risk models for local fixed income and foreign exchange markets. Additionally, Andrew served as the bank's representative in meetings with the IMF, World Bank and other economic policy institutions.

Andrew was a member of the Fixed Income Sales and Trading training program at Credit Suisse, and began his investment career at State Street Global Advisors.

Andrew received a BSc from the London School of Economics and has written extensively about global macro trading strategies, risk management, and quantitative investing. He is a PYT Member of the Robin Hood Foundation and longstanding Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City.

Mark Landis

Mark co-founded Wavelength in 2013 and has more than 30 years of executive and investment industry experience. He is responsible for the long-term results of the firm and oversees all functional areas including Risk Management, Compliance, Finance, Strategic Planning, Marketing, and Capital Formation.

Prior to joining Wavelength, Mark served as Head of Fixed Income in the Americas for France's second-largest bank, Societe Generale. There he was responsible for distribution, risk and strategic planning for all US interest rate, mortgage, credit, foreign exchange, emerging market debt and derivatives businesses.

Prior to joining Societe Generale, Mark spent four years in investment management at one of Julian Robertson's “Tiger Cub” hedge funds, Touradji Capital Management. During his tenure there he was responsible for a number of business and investment functions, including marketing, risk, and credit trading.

Prior to Touradji, Mark spent more than 15 years at Credit Suisse where he was responsible for a number of business units. While there he served as the global head of Fixed Income and Commodity Research, Structuring and Sales, as well as the co-head of Interest Rate Trading and Sales. He chaired a number of firm-wide committees at Credit Suisse, and was a member of the firm's global operating committee.

Mark has been a featured speaker at industry conferences on markets, alternative investing and the culture of compliance. He received a BS in Computer Science and Economics from Union College and sits on the board of directors of the Lalela Project, an Africa-based charity that provides educational arts to youth affected by extreme poverty.

Jennifer Jian

Jennifer Jian, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Compliance, joined Wavelength in 2022 as Director of Finance and Operations. Jennifer is responsible for all aspects of the firm's financial functions including accounting, financial planning and treasury. In addition, she is responsible for the day to day internal compliance and ethics programs at the company and adviser. Previously Jennifer worked at Tent Foundation as the Senior Manager of Finance and Operations. Prior to joining Tent, Jennifer worked in finance and operations at the U,S, headquarters of HNA Capital International, an integrated financial company established to acquire investment assts in North America. Before that, Jennifer spent time with Citigroup in Boston and Singapore, where she worked mainly in the alternative investment space servicing hedge fund and private equity clients. Jennifer is a Certified Public Accountant and has a BA in Economics and a BBA in Finance from Boston University.

Tim Yan

Tim Yan joined Wavelength in 2017 as a Managing Director and is responsible for business development, relationship management, and marketing, serving as a contracted employee. Previously he worked with Sincere & Co. where he was responsible for the marketing and distribution strategy across the Eastern United States. At Sincere & Co. he was part of a small group that raised over $5 billion. Tim worked with Westcott Financial Advisory Group, an RIA based in Philadelphia, PA. Before that, Tim spent a number of years working for an actuarial consulting firm in New York, specializing in the design and administration of retirement plans. Tim grew up in New York and graduated Cum Laude from the CUNY-Baruch College with a B.A. in Actuarial Science.
